Job Advert Summary:

• Bidvest Tank Terminals has an opportunity for Work Integrated Learning for 18-months. This Opportunity exists within the Training Department,based in Kempton Park, reporting to the Training Manager. The candidate must meet the following minimum criteria.

 

Minimum Requirements:

• No experience required
• A valid South African Identity Document (SA Citizen)
• Must have completed theoretical training for diploma and now requires practical work experience to complete their diploma in the following Qualifications:
  • Human Resource
  • Business Administration
  •   Environmental Management

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME: •To gain an understanding of the various departments within BTT •To provide Students with on- the job work experience •To train Students in various practical skills to enable easy integration into the workplace COMPETENCIES: (Knowledge, skills and abilities) • Ability to work in a logical and organised manner • Ability to practice good workplace ethics • Good communication skills (written and verbal) • High levels of integrity and confidentiality • Ability to work well in a team, and/or independently as required
